Draw from the deck or take the top discard card. Then swap it with one of your cards or discard and reveal.
Cards 0-11 score their face value. Special -5 cards reduce your score. Zero cards are your best friends!
If you discard without swapping, you must reveal one of your hidden cards. sometimes that's exactly what you want.
